Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop pricing strategy for fares and rules for International markets at Hawaiian Airlines

  • Monitor OA fare action and implement an appropriate response to maintain competitive position

  • Identify need for pricing actions based on booking trends and ticketing information

  • Coordinate with Revenue Management Analysts and Pricing Implementation team to ensure smooth execution of revenue strategies and fare actions

  • Support delivery of revenue targets for region by making appropriate pricing decisions including increasing segmentation

  • Partner with sales organization for the development of promotional campaigns

  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree (in finance, mathematics, business or related field) or equivalent years of experience

  • Ability to independently identity problem areas or revenue opportunities and generate quick, solid directional analysis for department leadership

  • Experience in analysis and reporting, preferrably in revenue management, pricing or related areas

  • Superb technical skills – in depth knowledge of MS office suite - specifically Excel

  • Ability to work in cross functional teams, maintain and manage relationships with internal/external constituencies
