Title Product Manager, Lounges/Premier Club

Manage Hawaiian Airlines’ owned lounges and related ancillary revenue travel products, including Premier Club memberships and lounge day pass sales
Responsible for third-party lounge access arrangements and costs in markets where HA does not have its own lounges
Accountable for delivering on multi-million dollar revenue budget as well as guest satisfaction, profitability and return-on-investment targets
Work with departments across the Hawaiian Airlines organization and with partners/vendors to market, sell and deliver products; respond to customer inquiries/complaints; ensure lounges are maintained to set standards; solve operational challenges; and implement product improvements
Analyze product financial and operational performance, and develop and execute strategies to improve performance
Develop and present business cases for new opportunities
Manage projects to implement new/updated products and ancillary revenue opportunities
Monitor airline and other industry lounge trends, conduct competitive product audits & analysis, and present synthesized findings on a regular basis
Other duties as assigned
At least five years relevant work experience in sales, marketing, business development and/or product management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in a service/retail operation
Ability to manage multiple products across all aspects of their life cycles (concept, business case, implementation, optimization, etc.)
Ability to sell/market products and services to new and existing customers/members
Ability to analyze performance and results of products (e.g., variances, forecasts, drivers) and develop logical, data-driven business cases for new business opportunities
Ability to communicate effectively and positively with customers, vendors and other departments; be persuasive and confident in public speaking, presenting to executives and leading meetings; develop concise management presentations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get things done in a cross functional work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience managing a P&L or meeting annual revenue targets
Experience in managing a service/retail operation and defining operating processes, standards and performance metrics
Experience leading and delivering projects on time, on budget and with minimal support/direction
Front-line customer service or operations experience
Experience negotiating with and managing vendors
Quantitative or analytical degree or work experience
Experience in the airline or online travel industries
Language skills / experience living in HA’s international markets
