Leads and provides expert technical leadership to program specific projects. Sets strategic direction of projects and develops project plans. Provides high quality and cost effective project management, analytic support services and technical expertise for program development. Leads projects of complex analysis and evaluation of various factors. Works on projects broad in scope and may involve multiple functional areas. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices/policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results. Continually monitors quality of service.
Leads large and/or complex work streams of a large program with others on team and a significant program impact.
Delegates and prioritizes work load.
Creates and communicates program plan to team.
Manages programs utilizing best-practice program management approaches to deliver quality on-time and on-budget programs.
Understands and develops the drivers of business value for programs and KP.
Takes lead on seeking and supporting quality improvement initiatives and processes.
Analyzes and understands program components and interdependencies.
Develops an understanding of client's business and apply this knowledge to synthesize analysis and highlight implications of findings in order to propose alternatives/recommendations.
Identifies barriers and guide teams in dealing with change barriers and program constraints.
Identifies, recommends and implements continuous quality.
Contributing information and perspectives that direct the program.
Integrates commonalities/differences among team members' goals, values and problem-solving approach in leading group to achieve results.

Minimum five (5) years of program management experience.
Consultant, analyst, management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in health care, business administration, or related field required, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
License, Certification, Registration
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, identify key business issues, and develop appropriate action plans from multi-disciplinary
perspectives and move change processes across entire organization.
Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in oral communication, written communication, problem solving, analysis, project management, quality management, systems thinking, group presentations, group process facilitation, influence, and customer service.
Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications.
Program management experience in healthcare setting.
Master's degree in health care, business administration, or related field required, OR six (6) years of experience in a directly related field.
