Provides account management, service, sales and group consultation. Assist customers in the provision of strategic, cost effective, competitive and high quality services for the Hawaii dental market in line with the strategic mission of the company. Manages largest, most complex groups.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Â· Establishes and maintains relationships with Brokers, Consultants, Customers, and Third Party Administrators (TPA). Documents customer information in a Customer Relationship Management Tool.
Â· Communicates and explains statistical and actuarial information to provide advice and recommendations to groups for the management of their dental program.
Â· Implements sales and retention goals and/or departmental goals established by the Director, Sales & Account Management.
Â· Consults with customers on healthcare/dental trends, educational and prevention programs.
Â· Supports customer implementation of dental educational and prevention programs.
Â· Partners with internal departments on providing customer solutions.
Â· Collaborates with the Manager, Sales & Account Management in developing expected sales growth and group retention.
Â· Other Duties and Responsibilities
Advises Marketing and Sales Management team of external market changes
Adheres to Company compliance standards.
Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.
